1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to the use of Dartshift.
Dartshift is a web app for managing dart leagues, tournaments, players, games, results, standings and schedules. The app is currently operated as a private/individual project by Niels Verbunt.
2. Access and user accounts
Dartshift is intended for invited league admins and players. Private app areas are not intended to be publicly accessible.
Users need an account to access protected areas of the app. Login may be available through email/password or Discord OAuth.
Users are responsible for keeping their login details secure and for using the app only with their own account.
3. Player names and app data
Users may be linked to a player profile. Player names are usually Autodarts player names or nicknames and do not need to be real names.
Dartshift stores and displays league, tournament, schedule, standing, game and result data to authorized users.
4. League admin responsibilities
League admins are responsible for entering and maintaining correct league, player, schedule, tournament, game and result data.
Users must not intentionally manipulate results, misuse admin functions, access data they are not authorized to access, or interfere with the technical operation of the app.
5. Availability
Dartshift is provided as a free app for managing dart leagues and tournaments. The operator aims to keep the app available and working reliably.
However, temporary interruptions may occur, for example due to maintenance, technical issues, hosting provider availability or necessary updates.
Features may be improved, adjusted or removed over time to keep the app useful, secure and maintainable.
6. No payment or billing
Dartshift is currently provided free of charge. The app does not collect payments and does not process billing data.
7. Account deletion and access removal
Users may request account deletion from /my. Deletion becomes permanent after the user confirms the request through the email confirmation link.
Account deletion may withdraw the user from active leagues or tournaments. Tournament and league records may be resolved according to Dartshift's withdrawal logic.
Dartshift may preserve anonymised historical competition records for fairness, integrity, rankings and dispute handling. If Discord is linked, Dartshift may remove server access. Dartshift may also retain minimal operational records where legally or technically necessary.

Users can contact Dartshift for questions, feedback, account deletion requests or support issues.

9. Liability
Dartshift is provided as a tool for managing dart leagues, tournaments, schedules, standings and results. The operator is not responsible for incorrect data entered by users or league admins.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when the app or its legal requirements change. The current version will be available on this page.
